To minimise the risk of fraud Chatterbox Gifts Ltd will only ship products purchased on our website to the billing address submitted on our order form.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque/postal order simply select the cheque/postal order payment option on the checkout screen. You will then receive confirmation of your order with an order reference number along with an email with all your order details and payment instructions.
Please remember to put your order reference number on the back of the cheque/postal order.
Your order will be dispatched once we receive your payment and the funds have cleared.
Please note that if we do not receive payment within 14 days your order will be cancelled.
